If you want real feedback and real help on how to build career Milton has worked hundreds of sales people from new starters or helping experienced sales people and managers to build confidence as well structure a plan to help them improve on get back on track.
Milton has watched and worked with sales people and managers at all levels that enabled him to discover the common mistakes that they make. From there worked on simple steps to get them back on track or get started.
He has built his own real estate brand from nothing to build a network at one stage five offices plus a finance broking and settlement agency offering all in-house services. So yes built multi-million dollar businesses from scratch.
Consistency is the key to success in anything in life coupled with persistence.
No he is known for patience and preferring to teach than yell and hope you hear. What he shares is his experience built from being in the field, working as manager and his ability as leader to build businesses.
Feedback on his book is it is an easy read and is like sitting and talking with him in person. There is mixture of stores and great basics to build from.
Milton can work with principals and sales managers about team performance. Help pull them apart and put them back together sometimes the answers are right in front of you just need someone to help you refocus or have an outside look at what is happening. He does like to keep things simple especially around planning and meeting structures. Sometimes in a business you need slow things down to see things more clearly with the aim to speed them up later and improve. Profit is not a dirty word nor is success.
Success means different things to different people but tapping into why you want to succeed is a very important element of building a career or business.
